It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Usually we can ship within 3-7 days for small quantities, and 10-30 days for large quantities.
Before mass production, we will make SOP of each product, and make a preproduction unit to test all features and parameters. Full test reports are provided, including temperature control, lumens, CRI, SCDM, IES, pull strength, and electrical safety. During production, we have 3 quality control points. All finishing is 100% checked. After assembling, all products undergo 8 hours of aging. Before packaging, all lights are switched on again for final checking.
If there are problems with the lamps, please send the video and photo of the problem. We will check and analyze the issue, and guide you on how to solve it. If it is a product defect that cannot be solved, we will send new lamps or parts to you.
