Q1. When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.
Q2. Are your samples free or need cost?
Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free sample, freight collect. But for some high value samples, it needs sample cost and freight collect. Please be informed that all samples cost and freight cost can be returned back to you after the order is placed. You are welcome to contact us for checking.
Q3. What is your payment term?
We can accept T/T 30% deposit, and 70% balance before shipping.
Q4. Can you do the designs for us?
Yes, of course. If you need to design packaging and carton box yourself, please inform us, we will quote according to your requirement. If you don't have any requirements, we'll quote you according to our regular packing.
Q5. What about the lead time for mass production?
Generally, in off-peak season, within 25-30 days after receiving the customer deposit. In busy season, within 40-45 days after receiving the customer deposit. We will deliver goods as soon as possible.
Q6. Do you have any MOQ limit?
The MOQ limit is 3000pcs. (For sample checking, only 1pcs is also available.)
